Without the monitoring of sympto.ch and without the possibility to contact a competent counselor, your contraceptive effectiveness - or your most fertile days - cannot be guaranteed anymore by our services. The crucial interpretation depends entirely on your competence and your discipline to manage the method correctly, which, as experience shows, declines as soon as difficulties arise. This will put again the SymptoThermal Method (STM) into bad light. Among women there is still a disastrous confusion between the STM and the outdated, inefficient methods (rhythm, old temperature, etc.), also because the latter are again on internet and sometimes even for money: they are easy to program and are misusing the women's ignorance.

However, you decided to learn STM on your own. You are welcome! Our Foundation's goal is achieved and we are happy about your independence. However, don't forget to tell other woman what you discovered. Because of the 'discreet' use of past and present symptothermal women, the STM is still misunderstood by the large public as well as by medical doctors (and sexual education services, public health, etc.).
